You reach us at (423) 534-9771. Our team asks about the size of the infestation, how many rooms are affected, any previous treatments that were attempted, and your household situation. This information determines which combination is right for your specific property.
02
Full property inspection
A certified technician visits your property and inspects every harborage site. We assess the severity of the infestation, which rooms are affected, where bed bugs are travelling, and what structural features of your home are relevant to treatment selection. Combination treatment requires a thorough understanding of the infestation before any product or equipment is introduced.
03
Treatment combination recommendation
Our team recommends one of two combination approaches based on the inspection findings.
You do not move furniture, bag clothing, or empty dresser drawers regardless of which combination is recommended. Our team handles all preparation before any work begins.
The first method is applied. For heat plus conventional, heat treatment is carried out first. For conventional plus Aprehend, conventional pesticide formulations are applied first across all harborage zones.
06
Secondary treatment layer
The second method is applied after the primary treatment is complete. This secondary layer is what distinguishes combination treatment from a single-method approach. It addresses the gaps and limitations of the primary method and provides ongoing residual protection.
07
Monitoring device placement
Bed bug monitoring devices are placed throughout the treated area after treatment is complete. These detect any remaining activity between visits.
Our team returns for follow-up visits to inspect the monitoring devices and confirm full clearance. Follow-up visits are included in the initial price.
Every combination treatment comes with a 90-day worry-free coverage period. If bed bugs return within 90 days, our team comes back and retreats at no additional charge.
