You reach us at (423) 534-9771. Our team asks about what you are seeing, where you are seeing it, and how long you have noticed activity. This preparation helps our technician arrive with the right formulations for your property and infestation type.
02
Full property inspection
A certified technician visits your property and inspects every harborage site. Mattress seams, box spring folds, bed frames, headboards, baseboards, furniture joints, electrical outlets, and wall voids are all checked. We identify the severity and extent of the infestation before recommending any treatment.
03
Upfront quote and treatment plan
Our team explains the treatment approach, answers all your questions, and provides a clear upfront quote. No work begins until you approve the plan.
You do not move furniture, bag clothing, or empty dresser drawers. Our team handles all preparation before treatment begins.
Our team applies the appropriate combination of liquid, dust, and aerosol formulations to every harborage zone in the affected rooms.
06
Monitoring device placement
Bed bug monitoring devices are placed throughout the treated area after the initial visit. These detect activity between visits and confirm clearance at follow-up inspections.
A minimum of two visits are included in every conventional treatment. Our team returns to inspect monitoring devices, assess activity levels, and apply additional treatment where needed.
Every conventional treatment comes with a 90-day worry-free coverage period. If bed bugs return within 90 days, our team comes back at no additional charge.
